PKR Animal Boarding welcomes you
A quiet and comfortable place for your beloved pets to stay
We strive to make your pets stay a comfortable and peaceful one. Every dog & cat has their very own run to enjoy and we have larger runs for multi pet households.
PKR was established in 2007 run by Jeryl Ann MacDonald in Killarney. PKR's legacy will live on in the hands of her niece Amber Robertson
now located on a privately owned laneway in Burtt's Corner. PKR resides right on Amber's property making it easily accessible at all times.
All animals are required to be up to date on vaccines prior to staying with us and an application must be filled out prior to or at the time of drop off.
At this time we can only accept cash, cheque or Etransfer.

Next Level Pet Care
NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTELE FOR 2024. Send a message if you'd like to be contacted once I open my books back up again for new clients. :)
PKR is a smaller boarding facility located on a privately owned laneway in Burtt's Corner. PKR can house 8 dogs and 4 cats giving every animal their very own run and every feline friend has their very own window to look out of.The purpose of PKR is for a more intimate feeling, having a smaller facility allows for more one on one time for every pet in our care. All dogs get an excessive amount of playtime outside in the fenced in area with others as long as they are dog friendly plus walks when possible with weather and scheduling. The cats will be allowed to roam in the cat room daily (at separate times) for stretching purposes and of course some cuddles at the same time. If this sounds like the perfect place for your beloved pet, do not hesitate to book now.

2019 - I have been working with animals for approximately 8 years. I took the Veterinarian technician program at Oulton college in Moncton in 2011 and during that time, I worked for the Greater Moncton SPCA. After graduating, I went to Halifax to become a "Registered" Veterinary Technician and I take multiple online courses yearly, animal nutrition would be my favorite subject to study. After I graduated I was immediately hired and have worked at various clinics in Fredericton over the course of 5 years. The past year I then went on to manage an animal grooming salon/ doggy daycare. This helped me become more knowledgeable on proper grooming techniques and reading dogs appropriately during playtime/social time. I absolutely adore all animals and currently have 4 dogs and 5 cats and would absolutely love to meet your furbabies! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me!
